As always, the main attraction is Jim's (mostly) underwater pictures. I took some "above water" pictures, too, but frankly they just aren't as interesting as Jim's pictures. Well, some of the pics at the Belize zoo are pretty good, and the two movie files are nice.... But Jim's pictures pretty much steal the show.
Jim ended up with a total of 268 pictures. The first year I put up one of these websites (see the Turks & Caicos site if you dare) it was BRUTAL to view over a dialup connection. Each year I try to improve the experience. So this year I split Jim's pictures into 6 pages, and changed the method I use to display the thumbnails. Please let me know if you think this was an improvement or not.
Also, I made an attempt to find all the pictures that needed to be rotated in order to be viewed "right-side up". I may well have missed some. It's not always easy to tell which way is up underwater! Anyway, please let me know if you find any pictures that aren't oriented correctly.

New additions as of July 6, 2003:
Tim's (above water) pictures
And here are a couple AVI movie files:
Dolphins
The Last Dive
(WARNING: The above two files play fine on a Mac,
and on a Linux box using xanim. But they appear
to crash Windows Media Player 9. If anybody gets
them to play on a Windows box, please let me know.)
Did you enjoy this site? If so, you might want to check out the websites
from past trips:

Bay Islands, Honduras, 2002
While this page may not strictly qualify (I admit it: I used the "center" tag a few times and I set the background to white), I still proudly display the "Stupid Puce Ribbon" of CAUGHT.
